Do you offer framed prints?

Regrettably, we specialize solely in prints and do not offer pre-framed prints or frames for sale separately. However, we encourage you to utilize your local framing house to frame your luxury wall art, thereby supporting another small business in the process. Your chosen framing house can provide personalized framing solutions tailored to your preferences, ensuring your artwork is beautifully presented in your home.

Why do you only offer "A" sizes (A4, A3 etc) in your rectangular print options?

As we unfortunately don't provide an option to purchase frames with our prints, we wanted to make it easy and simple for you to be able to purchase common frame sizes off the rack, online or from your local frame house.

Why are square prints more expensive?

Printing square artwork requires printing it on a rectangular sheet and then trimming the unprinted portion off. Unfortunately, this process leads to significant wastage of expensive giclee paper, ultimately contributing to the increased sales price of square prints.

Do you offer discounts for bulk buyers or businesses?

YES, absolutely!! For orders consisting of over 25+ prints we can give you a special discount and assist in many other ways. Please contact us for more details.

Each print undergoes a thorough process, including printing, quality assessment, trimming, detailing, and packing. Orders typically take between 2-5 business days to complete and dispatch from our printing facility in Melbourne. During peak sales periods, please allow an additional 2 days. Once dispatched, you can anticipate receiving your order at your doorstep within 2-7 business days.

Whats your return policy?

Since each order is custom made individually, we do not accept change of mind returns. If you've had a change of heart regarding your purchase, we suggest gifting the prints to someone who will appreciate them. However, if a print arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately so we can rectify the situation and ensure your satisfaction.

Can I pick up my order?

At the moment, we don't have a pick-up area at our office for the public. However, rest assured that we take the utmost care in shipping each order, so you don't have to worry about it arriving damaged.
